$49 Setup fee will also cover one month of service. and then $49 each month there after. A small (9x24) Yard Sign and Custom Domain Name will be provided for free. Sign will include Custom Domain name only.

Silver Listing
$88 Setup fee will also cover two months of service, and then $39 each month there after. A medium (18x24) Yard Sign will be provided for free. Sign will say "For Sale by Owner" and your free Custom Domain Name, and one phone number.

Gold Listing
$117 Setup fee will also cover three months of service, and then $29 each month there after. A Large (18x24) and rider (9x24) Yard Sign will be provided for free. Sign will say " House For Sale by Owner" and your free Custom Domain Name, and one phone number.

Agents

Agents 10
$150.00 per month will be charged to your credit card each month to advertise 10 listings.  Domain names to the specific property listings are optional, and provided for free.  No yard sign will be provided.

Agents Plus
$250.00 per month will be charged to your credit card each month to advertise unlimited listings.  Domain names to the specific property listings are optional, and provided for free.  No yard sign will be provided.

Featured Property add on option
$10.00 per month will be added to your monthly charge.  This will randomly allow your property to be listed on the home page.
